MONTKUSH grows the hemp it sells. That is rarer than the shelf suggests.
Most brands in this aisle buy extract from a third party and print a name on the jar. MONTKUSH farms its own hemp on a USDA-certified organic property in Vermont, presses it without solvents, and publishes 32 batch certificates you can open yourself. That is the argument for paying two dollars a gummy. The argument against it is the returns policy, which is narrower than the badge on the website implies — read it before you order, not after.

Why this brand and not a cheaper one
Thirty-two certificates, filed by lot
This is the part that justifies the price, if anything does. MONTKUSH keeps a separate public archive of certificates of analysis — 32 of them on the day we looked — sorted into gummies, oils, softgels and topicals, and each one carries a lot or batch number rather than a product-line label. That is a meaningfully higher standard than the common practice of publishing one report per product and reusing it for years.
Behind it is a farm rather than a marketing company. The brand states its hemp is grown on its own USDA-certified organic property in Vermont and pressed into rosin without solvents — a slower, lower-yield method than the chemical extraction most of this shelf uses. There is a published phone number and a physical operation you can point at.
The honest limit. Thirty-two certificates do not cover thirty-odd products evenly, and several lot numbers in the archive date to 2022, 2023 and 2024. Before you buy, open the archive and check whether the specific product you want has a recent document rather than an old one.

What holds up
- The farm is the product. Own USDA-certified organic ground in Vermont, pressed without solvents. Very few brands at this price can say the same sentence.
- Certificates by lot, in public. A separate archive, searchable, 32 documents, organised by category and batch number.
- Price per milligram is competitive once you buy the right item. The 2000 mg oil at 3.5 cents a milligram is genuinely inexpensive for certified-organic material.
What does not
- The 30-day guarantee is much narrower than the badge. The published policy requires the product to be unopened and untampered with, the request to be made within 30 days of delivery, and applies to new customers only and to one item — on a multi-item order the refund goes to the item of lesser value. Original shipping is not refunded. This is a return policy, not a try-it-and-see guarantee.
- Three states and the territories are out. The brand states it does not ship to Nebraska, Idaho or South Dakota, nor to Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands or other non-state islands.
- The independent record is thin. On-site ratings sit between 4.7 and 5.0, but on four to seven reviews for the headline products. That is too small a sample to lean on, and we found no substantial third-party review base to check it against.
- Two different shipping thresholds published at the same time, $75 and $80.

How to try it without wasting the money
Start low, hold two weeks, and mind the 30 days
One serving at the same time each day, at the lower strength. Doubling up on day two is the usual way a jar gets used up without anyone learning anything. If nothing has changed after two weeks, step up one level rather than two.
The important scheduling detail is that the return window here is 30 days from delivery and requires unopened product. So the decision about whether to keep the second jar has to be made while the second jar is still sealed. If the possibility of sending it back matters to you, buy one item first, not a bundle.
The questions that actually stop people
Four things worth settling first
Broad-spectrum or full-spectrum — which am I choosing?
Almost every product here sits on this fork. Broad-spectrum is the hemp extract with the THC removed. Full-spectrum keeps the plant’s other compounds and a small, legal amount of THC — 1 mg per softgel in the Pure line, 5 mg in the True Vibe line.
Neither is stronger than the other. It is a difference in what is in the bottle, not in how much you get. If nothing about your work or travel makes THC a problem, full-spectrum is the version most people are pointed toward; if anything does, the broad-spectrum line covers gummies, softgels and oils on its own.
Will this show up on a workplace screening?
If you buy full-spectrum, possibly. Those products carry trace THC that standard screening panels are built to detect, and with daily use it can accumulate. The amount is legal and nowhere near intoxicating, but that is not what a panel measures.
Read this twice. If you are subject to testing, buy from the broad-spectrum line only. And if your job genuinely depends on the result, the safe answer is to skip hemp products altogether rather than to choose carefully.
Is the Delta-9 line legal where I live?
Federally, hemp-derived products containing no more than 0.3% THC by dry weight fall under the 2018 Farm Bill. States set their own rules on top of that, and they change. The brand’s own shipping policy already excludes Nebraska, Idaho and South Dakota, plus US territories. These products are for adults 21 and over. Check your state before you order rather than after.
What does “USDA-certified organic” actually cover?
It certifies how the crop is farmed and handled — inputs, soil, processing, record-keeping — and it is audited. It says nothing about what the finished product does for you, and it is not a substitute for reading the certificate of analysis for the batch you are buying. Treat it as evidence about the farm, not about the effect.
You know which version applies to you, what it costs per milligram, and exactly how narrow the return window is.
That is a smaller decision than it felt like at the top of this page.
